New hourlie preview style problems we are facing

Hello PPH Ninjas,

Firstly thanks a lot for all the hard work for a great website. We are grateful.

We use PPH for buying and selling services.

It is also our duty to share our experience so that PPH can make something much better.

New hourlie preview is only showing display/profile picture, it is not showing hourlie thumbnails.

Let me share my buyer experience. Today I was going to buy a youtube marketing package for our youtube channel. Then I have noticed it is only showing the display/profile picture, I have got confused what to purchase. I always purchase based on the hourlie thumbnail graphics quality (amount of effort they spent), seller reviews then I go through some details what they are selling. Mostly Thumbnail and video give clear understanding what the seller wants to sell. Therefore, I found it difficult to buy the hourlie and stopped searching. 

 

Here is our seller experience. 19th April we had 132 profile views. After that till today, I don't think we even have 50 views in total.

We have not got any buyer job requests and 0 hourlie sold.

I would request to review the new feature.

And get back to the thumbnail style if it is possible.

  Hi,

   

  Hope you are doing well. I completely agree with you on this. Quite hard to sell stuff without having a relevant thumbnail. It would be a long term issue. PPH should revert back the old version or bring thumbs back.

  Hi,

  He is right, I preferred thumbnail version too. I am a frequent buyer on PPH but I can't seam to find the services I need now with the new version.

  I search for 3D render and I get logo offers.

  Please comme back to original thumbnail version!
