Fee Payments

Hi,

I have been a regular, 5 star seller with PPH for over 5 years and have been a big advocate for your company in the past. Over the last year I am aware the service fee has risen. 

 if a Seller's billing within a calendar month is less than £50 | €60 | $65, then starting from the next month onwards, the Seller will be charged the Service Fee of a 5% (excl. VAT) on all work billed (earnings), above the first £500 | €600 | $650 earned in the month which has a 20% (excl. VAT) Service Fee, independent of the Seller's date of registration.

This applied to me as last summer I spent time travelling to train abroad, allowing me to professionally provide a better service, but I have found myself penalised for it.  

I am starting to find that PPH is no longer working for me with this higher commission. I should also say I find it slightly rude to sellers like me who have been with you for such a long time. Unless anything can be done to bring it back in line with the old rates, I am afraid I will be starting to work elsewhere, as it quite simply does not make sense for me any longer.
