    Hi Annemarie and Lee,

Your points are pretty valid; we have been receiving such comments a lot lately. Hence, we decided to tackle this problem and we have already started working on this project. Hopefully we will start rolling out a new feature within 2020 that will allow no room for projects with poor description.

I hope you stay with us to see this happening!

    All the best,

Lee makes a very good point here and I'm wondering why there is no answer to his or her feedback.
Having some templates in place for clients could separate this platform from the others in a positive way.

It's the same for translation. Important details are missing in most projects, such as the subject, number of words and expected delivery date. A freelancer translator needs at least this information to write a good proposal.

Furthermore, having to submit three proposals before you are able to ask for clarifications doesn't make sense. It means you need to be lucky that a client provides sufficient information or waste 3 proposals to vague project descriptions.

The lack of sufficient information in project descriptions and the clarification requirement negatively affected my trust in this platform. Now I also understand why some freelancers in my network are recommending to stay far away from this platform and similar ones.

It would be great if the quality of project descriptions can be improved, so it's more interesting to check and send proposals for the right projects, instead of wasting them.
