problem withdrawing funds

I have money in my PPH account that I want to withdraw. I have had my bank account verified but when I ask to withdraw funds it tells me that I need to set up a withdrawal account - but I have. How can I access the money that I have earned?!

I find the slow response to queries and the fobbing people off to a forum page extremely annoying.

This isn't a game. I'm trying to make money here and I need to access my funds quickly. 

Is this a way of PPH making more money in interest, by hanging onto my payments for days after they've been requested?

 

Please help ASAP
