My Seller Application has not been approved and they said i need to a Genuine Profile Pic,I change the picture about 4 times and have recived and eamil saying that my profile has now been approved but when to my profile the message is still there. Help

  Many thanks for your message.

  The reason why it is not approved is that you need to upload and add, a picture of yourself.

  I have chnaged my Profile Picture. I have added a Picture of myself. When i go to my dashbaord it still says i need a genuine profile picture. I recived an email saying that it my chnages have been aproved. HELP ?
