Buyer has changed his mind
I'm new to PPH. The buyer immediately put the deposit into my escrow account. He has now changed his mind and wants refund PPH have emailed to say that if I accept to refund him it may affect my ranking. However in their policy it states that if the buyer changed his mind it affects him. How do I ensure that my rankings are not affected.
