Withdrawal never received and support ticket ignored

Hi, I have made a withdrawal from my account on 1st May. The money hasnt been received yet. It has been 13 days. I have submitted several tickets to the support but they get closed or ignored. Can you please let me know what is happening? The money should have arrived to my account.

  I have submitted several tickets and your support team are not answering me. The funds were sent to an account which is closed. So they are back with you. I am being ignored it's very frustrating.
