Payoneer not linking with my PPH

Hello,

I have linked my account from my Payoneer but it is not linking or working. It says that "It looks like you've already submitted your Payoneer application". 

What can I do for this as I want to withdraw my money into payoneer.

Please help.

  Hello Natalie,

  That ticket was regarding the invoice issue which has been solved already. At present I can't link my Payoneer with PPH for withdrawing funds. Please help me as I really want to withdraw my money. It's been 5 days now and I haven't been able to transfer my money.
