I got a job to do 10 articles for a buyer for $150 at $15 per article and the buyer paid immediately into escrow and PPH deducted 20% fees on the $150, leaving $120 in my escrow. 

I did an extra 9 articles before raising an invoice, so at the end of the job I had done 19 articles which amounted to $255. I went ahead to raise an invoice of $255, thinking that I would be charged 20% fees on the extra $135 for the 9 articles, leaving out the $120 in my escrow, because fees had already been charged on that .

Instead, PPH deducted $20 fees on the whole $255 leaving $204 in my account instead of $228. I want a refund.

  Kindly ignore this, apologies. It was a mix up, apparently my client made a smaller deposit due to my request in the proposal. Thanks.
