Stream Blocked and Moderated

Hi, a buyer has accepted my proposal and I just started doing the task but when I checked the workstream, it says our stream is blocked because the job post is under moderation and that the available escrow fund is credited to the buyer. 

What will happen to my pending proposal and deposit then?

  The same thing happened to me. I am not sure why. And there was no way to communicate back and forth with PPH to resolve this.

  Hi,

  I submitted a proposal and got this message from PPH.

  The specific Stream has been blocked because 1500 word book review has been moderated. Please note that all available Escrow funds have now been credited to the Buyer's PPH account.

  Same happened to me today.. I thought I am chosen already but then its blocked.. I'm still waiting for the client to chat.
