Don't have Utility bill

Hello,

I have all utility bill on the name of my father. I have submitted my government id which is approved but for the payment they are rejecting request that i need to provide my utility bill. Which i don't have. And i tried to submit my bank statement twice mentioning my name and address. But they are rejecting it.

Kindly help us in this issue.
