Oh come on.
This latest wheeze is nonsense.
Many buyers will play the field, going by price rather than relationship.
I will experience a reduction in what fees I get via PPH - and it's NOT take-home pay - that's what I get after paying income tax, not after paying YOU.
With poor reliability of payment systems, and stunts like this, you seem to regard sellers as a money pit.
If you REALLY want to reward loyalty - and not increase your profits - then improve systems reliability and implement a fixed flat rate commission across the board.

It is disgusting that in respect of such a fundamental change for ALL sellers, that nobody from PPH has even dared to justify or answer any threads relating to the incredible hike in fees that PPH are due to instigate in about a week's time.
Absolutely terrible way to treat your most important asset, because without us sellers, PPH wouldn't exist.
