Make the hourlie creation better.

From the few days I've spent on here, some annoyances have popped up when creating hourlies.

• Character counts - please display these for the detail and description fields. It's time consuming entering content and then finding out when attempting to submit an hourlie that I'm over the limit, and then having to run a letter count on Word or third-party website.
• Text Areas - it's quite beyond me why the text area fields are not set to resize and have such a small height. I have to resort to opening up chrome dev tools and changing the text areas to be at least 400px.
• Max characters - please increase this to 4000+. 2500 is not enough to convince someone to buy your hourlie, especially when needing to explain technical details, and pros & cons.
• Image slider - can the slider functionality/design be disabled if only one image is uploaded. It looks quite unsightly having a black gradient at the bottom of your image.
