Too Much withdraw fees

I withdraw $82 from my pph account through bank transfer and they deduct $29.99 this is really bullshit, I am using upwork and they never deduct any withdraw fee from me. This is really high. First, you take deduct $2.5 from every $10 dollar job and now this. I have used other freelancing website and I have never got that issue. I am not happy with that.
