I want to remove my payonner account.

I have created a pph account sometime back but due to inactivity it got shut down. I recreated my account, but my old account had my payonner account linked with it. Now when I am trying to link my payonner account with my new PPH account it says that its already in use with my old PPH account that got shut down. I want my payoneer account to be removed from my old PPH account.
