Payoneer is not Linked

Payoneer support says to get to PPH to change my Payee ID and add my Master card once again. I have been trying to add my master card for more than 10 times and it is really depressing me now.
following is the screenshot of email Payoneer have sent me, Yesterday.

Please guide me through this process.
or let me know If I can attach another Payoneer card which is not on my name. I can have a card My Husband uses.
