URGENT AND IMPORTANT. ALL MY DOCUMENTS ARE APPROVED BUT MY WITHDRAW REJECTED

HELLO ALL,

around 1 year ago I was planing to work as 100% freelancer. And 1 month ago I have moved to Ankara to be working as 100% freelancer. My plan is to try PPH for 3 months as full time and then will decide eather to keep working on it or to get back to my original work.

I have opened my international bank account, and I have added it to my account here and it have been approved. before the last week I have tried to withdraw my money and it have been rejected because of  my passport and some documents missing. I have sent my water bills & my passport and PAID 13$ to have it approved in 1 day, and then I got no emails. after 3 days I have requested a withdraw and it got rejected also because of the missing documents. I have opened a support ticket and I sent my electricity bills, rental contract, water bill & my passport. the support team said it have been approved and your withdraw request will be approved. The next day it have been rejected (on tuesday 5/6/2018) so I have send an email back to the support team on wednesday asking them to update me. and till now (its 11/6/2018) none have responded to my emails. and I have requested a new withdraw request today and it got rejected.

I have been working here full time since 20/5/2018 and I got some invoices to be paid from clients but I cant send my invoices till I know if I will get paid or not. This is really disappointed. does anyone is facing the same?

Any advices?
