Payment made but cant accept offer

Hello,

 

It is a simple one really, i accepted a proposal and went through payment which was confirmed on the screen, i then went back to the proposal page and it was still asking me to accept the proposal, so i went through the payment process again, but it still asking me to accept the offer. I dont know if i have been charged twice but i want to accept this proposal.
