payment not recieved

 hello 

i was informed that money has been transferred to my bank account on 11 june, today is 23 june. I called my bank today and no amount was transferred , 

why was i informed wrongly, and i have asked my bank account it only takes 24 hrs to process international payments so plz transfer it as soon as possible

and kindly inform me about the delay.
