mandatory fields when a BUYER posts a job - very important for us sellers

When a buyer posts a job, there should be mandatory fields he needs to entered, for eg:

1) No. of hours per week: 1-5, 5-10, 10-15, 15-20, 20-25, 25-30, 30 or more.

2) Budget Per hour rate/ fixed rate

3) Skills required

4) Prefer: remote/ on-site / any

5) Freelancer preferred location

6) Working hours/ time zone

7) Start date: Immediate/ in 2 weeks, or _______

8) Project time: 1 week/ 1 month/ on-going

9) part-time/ full-time/ as needed basis

 These mandatory fields are very important for us sellers. We can bid accordingly, without wasting our connects/ time. It gives clarity. I am an established freelancer on Upwork, so I would like to advise you.
