Paypal Checkout Error

Hello, 

 

I am trying to accept and pay for a job but keep getting a message from Paypal saying they are unable to process. 

 

'We're sorry. We can't complete your purchase at this time.

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.'

 

I have enough funds so why won't this work?!

 

I really wish you guys had a contact number because it causes such delays waiting for responses that a simple phone call could sort out!
