How can I edit the quote I made initially on a project ?

I recently started accepting projects on PPH and me and the client on the very first job fixed the amount to a much higher bid. How can I tweak the amount once the proposal has been accepted ?

  Hi Natalie, 

  Sorry to have bothered you again. But for my first project which I started off with Noor D. I still haven't received the full payment, even after a host of urges and replies form my side she has stopped replying. 

  A similar case is explicit from her profile where she refused to pay another freelancer. Kindly look into the matter and see if something could be done.
