    Hi Natalie, 

    Sorry to have bothered you again. But for my first project which I started off with Noor D. I still haven't received the full payment, even after a host of urges and replies form my side she has stopped replying. 

    A similar case is explicit from her profile where she refused to pay another freelancer. Kindly look into the matter and see if something could be done.
