New user of PPH, I sent the buyer all the work on time but he wouldn't still accept the proposal so i can't raise an invoice. At which step does the buyer accept the proposal?

  The buyer should accept the proposal before you do any work, this ensures that any money is deposited in Escrow for the work you have agreed too.

  If you have not done this, then chances are that the client you are working with will not pay you for the work you have done.
