Don't charge for refunds

It's not fair you charge for refunds.  The situation with a deal didn't work out but that does not mean you should charge for my money to be sent back to paypal.  Simply refunding money to paypal to a customer who is charged through your system does not equate to paypal "charges".  I know for a fact that PayPal does not charge for refunds from merchants to the customer like you have done to me a couple of times now.  I am seriously mulling over cancelling my account with you over this.
