Your document has been rejected. Why this is rejecting again and again

Hello PPH Team

I hope you are doing good.

I uploaded the document two times for "a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible". One is my National ID card called "Aadhar Card" which was rejected on 18th May 2018 and reason was *Please provide an actual Id picture* Now I uploaded Passport ID photo which is again rejected yesterday with the reason "Please provide an actual photo of your ID".

Now I'm totally fed up with this kind of worst services. You are raising day by day but the way to handle this is not good. I uploaded my actual ID photo every time but not able to understand where I can find the ACTUAL photo which you can accept.

Please let me know what should I do now.

Should I give up here because I don't have other IDs which I can show you?
