PROVIDED AN ALTERNATIVE FOR PROOF OF ADDRESS

I don't know why my last post got deleted. I wanted to say that I live in a university Hostel in Islamabad, Pakistan. Here in hostel, we do not get any utility bill like Water, Electricity, Gas or Telephone. We get a mess fee challan here and I had tried uploading the challan for my address authentication but it got rejected. previously, I tried with a bank statement which had clearly my name and address but it got rejected as well. I do not have any idea what's wrong with PPH verification team.
I am attaching the screenshots here for both the documents once again.
