Seller Stole my money AND documents!!!!! How to get refund?

I'm absolutely outraged by a seller on PPH and with PPH themselves!

So she was meant to be doing some accounts for me, and in order for her to do this, she needed access to hard copy documents which I sent her by post.

She ended up cutting ALL contact with me after receiving the documents, she took the money, she didn't return the paperwork and after contacting PPH, I have been totally ignored. I'm absolutely outraged. These documents that I sent her were originals and now I have no way of bringing them back.

I want PPH to investigate and send me a full refund for my apalling experience.
