Buyer did not responding & take half off the work

Hi

In My PPH Career i have face this problem for very less time.But i think PPH Should take a proper steps against it.As some buyer want to see the progress of work they took the half work file or sometimes full.As a seller we wait for their response .At that time Buyer goes missing & seller faced a confusion about should they sent invoice or not(as the work not full done or work completed response from Buyer).PPH give a refund to buyer after time limit.

So,i think its need to both acceptance from seller or Buyer for auto refund the amount.Without the accept from seller PPH should not allow auto refund the amount.Hope i ensure what i want to say.

PPH is the Best Platform for Freelancer & hope it will be better.
