Paypal to PPH wallet refund

Good evening PPH team

I have a Paypal account linked to my wallet and I send my money there every time I get a payment. Unfortunately, without strong reasons, Paypal have decided to close my paypal account in which I now have all my money (arguing that the money I have recived from PPH looks like suspicious transactions). 

They only offer me two options, one is to wait 6 months to send my money to a US account (this is not possible for me at all). The other option is to REFUND my money to my 'clients', as the money came from PPH they would take you as my client. I was wondering if I could refund my money to you and have it again in my wallet.
