Need Support in Changing my First and Last Name

I need to change my First and Last name because the name I put on this page now is just my artist name. It's not the same as my Payoneer account name, so I can't withdraw the payment that customer sent me - I just realized this matter today when I check my account detail. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you a lot!
