I am trying to reach out to your support gurus last 1 weeks But they have failed to get any appropriate help to address my issue. Please if you can look into my tickets issue. I would honestly appreciate. I am stuck due to non funds . I need funds to move forward or working on PPH. Please if you can take personal interest and look into my ticket. I am feedup of writing emails and tickets. I still dont have an answer

Sorry I have to contact back to you. I do not see anything approved , Still its in same phase as it was on July 30th. Natalie what is the actual issue. Please if you can update me in the ticket. How long would it take for your payment team to approve payment. Your guideline says its 2 days. and now we are entering into 8th day. I do appreciate you contacting the payment team but I dont see any advancement . I have given up working but you can look at escow how much funds are held. but I am unable to deliver as I ave payment due to make.From where I have to pay. Please understand and talk to your payment team again.I thank you in advance to look into this issue.
