NEED REFUND FROM SELLER - HE HAS NOT COMPELTED THE JOB

The seller prabhjot (https://www.peopleperhour.com/freelancer/prabhjot/business-support-business-devlopme/2119195) has not completed the job. He tried to submit fake work, so i asked him for refund(already raised refund) and given that job to some one and they done it.

So, pls refund the money as i dont know how to dispute it.
