My Support Ticket Going Nowhere - I Demand My Payment

I do not see the option to withdraw my funds, even though I have an approved withdrawal account (Paypal).

I only have this option:
"Select a Withdrawal Account
Please click here to create a Withdrawal Account, before you can request withdrawal."

The customer support employee left me with a clickable link that would supposedly allow me to withdraw my funds. The link did not do anything and I have not received a response since Aug 6, 14:18 EEST.
