Didnt get the payment

For my #2047724-1 numbered invoice, it is written that it is paid on 28th July 2018. I didn't get any payment to my bank account. Could you please check? How much does it take to get the payment?

  hope you are fine before 4 days ago i had transferred 150£

  still i did not get in my account can you confirm me when i will receive my payment.
