unpaid invoice

Hi

 

I'm hoping you can help me with an issue of receiving payment.  My profile link is here:

I sent the work and invoice for the job 'Cartoon Politics' and have sent 2 reminders, but more than a week has passed and the customer has not been online since receiving the work.  I thought that the invoices were supposed to pay automatically after a week?  (all the money is in escrow) Are you able to approve the invoice on the customer's behalf?
