Local Bank Payment in Bangladesh

Is there anyone here who successfully transfer money to local bank transfer in Bangladesh? Could you tell me which bank you used? Recently I transferred money to a local bank, It is IBBL. I did not receive money- Withdrawal from PPH Rejected and PAYOUT RETURNED: Unknown reason.

I contacted my local bank they ensure me they did not reject any Transactions.

So I want to know any bank name where you successfully receive money. Or Peopleperhour support team could you tell me a bank name where people transfer money successfully in Bangladesh.
