Job was left, money hasn't been refunded?

Hi,

After waiting about 4 weeks for my developer to finish the job, he came out with an excuse and said couldn't finish.

I was charged 330£ in my transactions, yet the job was 300£..

It has been 2 months and I have just realized I never got paid? I've today withdrawn the money but there was only 300£. I expect the full amount I paid in first place to be in my account within the next couple days.
