Editing and proofreading a literature review on a research

Hi,

My post didn't pass the moderation review.

 

I requested help with editing and proofreading a literature review and uploaded a first draft of the document. I  chose a particular freelancer and posted it to him with immediate availability to everyone else.

Not sure where I went wrong. Can someone please advise?
