    Hello Max,

    In order to reset your security question, you will need to provide us with a proof of identification. I have now opened a ticket with our customer experience representatives in order for them to resolve it as I do not want you to send any private information under this thread.

    They shall reply to you asap.

    Okay I already submit my National Id card Image for verification, so please resolve this issue as soon as possible because In this situation I can't raise invoices.
