Payment Made but Project Incomplete

I made payment for two projects one of which is Proposal #9795465 which was in 2017. Freelancer submitted the following samples.

All efforts to migrate the my personal domain for hosting site has not been successful. Every attempt to open the samples results in "foxdesignweb.com’s server IP address could not be found".

Freelancer wouldn't reply to my emails to resolve the problem. How can you help?

  Hello George.

  I have opened a ticket with our customer support representatives in order for them to take the appropriate action. We shall email the freelancer George and also leave a message under the workstream in order for them to reply.
