  Hello Asma, 

  At PeoplePerHour our daily job is to have a trusted and confident community, therefore, we are working to assure that all our freelancers are ready to go beyond and live their work dream and, therefore, we need to follow some approval rules as a company. If contact details are being exchanged before the accepted proposal then the workstream gets automatically blocked.

  Nevertheless, we are currently reviewing this case and I have also opened a ticket with one of our customer support representatives.

  This is confusing...I need to communicate with the developer. But I can't. I was told to contact you, people, for some terms stuff screwup.
