How do I get a refund as a buyer if the collaboration stopped due to wrong advice?

  Hello iulia , 

  as PPH protect both Customers and Freelancers , if the Freelancer have made  an effort and worked for you and you don't like the result you can raise a dispute and PeoplePerHour Staff will handle it .
