How to request refund from escrow?

I have applied for the refund from the escrow but I received the email from the concerned person that I will receive a ticket from the PPH, but I did not receive any ticket yet.
Moreover, I want to know the procedure by which I can get my money back from the escrow?

Therefore, please guide me in this regard to proceed further.

  Hello Awais, 

  As a buyer, you will need to click on More > Request Refund. Once you do this, our payment team will review your refund request and proceed by taking the appropriate action. When the refund will be approved then your funds will return under your PeoplePerHour account. 

  I have also opened a ticket with our customer support representatives in order for them to take over the case.
