dashboard show workstream in progress

Hi 

i posted a project on PPH and accepted a proposal from a freelancer but then, we couldent agree on the payment and i requested a refund which was given to me, but on my dashboard it still shows that workstream in progress and that freelancer name appear at the bottom. i want to get rid of that as he is no longer working on that project, and also i am  wondering, if it shows workstream in progress, does that mean other freelancers think that the project has been given to some one and not bother to propose to do the job? 

second question, how do i close an open project because i advertised the same project twice? this is because the first time i posted it it wasnt as detailed as i wanted it to be therefore i posted it a second time with more detail.

third, how do i edit/update a project and add more detail or change it without having to advertise it again?
