    Hello John, 

    I have reviewed your case and can see that you have opened a ticket with our team and you got a reply on Saturday?

    Can you please reply to the ticket in order for them to review the case and resolve it asap.

    That is correct. I then responded straight back to you and I didn't hear back from pph again until I posted this comment, despite my daily reminders to you that you had not responded.
