no support from customer services
CompletedI too struggle with customer support, as a buyer.
I logged an issue with a freelancer over a week ago. PPH support came back to me and asked me to confirm the name of the freelancer who won't respond to me, or honour his proposal.
For the last week, I have heard nothing from PPH.
I have tried to log a follow-up support ticket, but pph keeps "resolving" the support tickets without even bothering to reply to me.
No wonder some of your freelancers are so lazy - pph staff can't be bothered to provide updates to buyers.

Can you please reply to the ticket in order for them to review the case and resolve it asap.
