I can't access payments because of the security question I forgot. What should I do?

    Hello,

    In order to reset your security question, you will need to provide us with a proof of identification. I have now opened a ticket with our customer experience representatives in order for them to resolve it as I do not want you to send any private information under this thread.

    They shall reply to you asap.
