  Is there anyone to takecare of this on an emergency basis in activating my previous account?

  More than 3 days 12 hrs no update in activation of my previous account. I don’t why the customer service is taking long time just to activate the account. I have a sensitive information which is displayed. Please Could you guys reactivate the account on emergency basis.
