Real Name and location (Application Acceptance)
CompletedI have completed my profile with my real name and location. I keep getting an email to update it. Is there a way to solve this, Maybe I can send my identification and documents to get the process going faster, Please let me know.

In order to change your PeoplePerHour name you will need to proceed and provide us with a proof of identification. I have now opened a ticket with our customer support representatives and they shall help you through this process.
