Reporting not Completion of Prject on time

Hi,

I hire a freelancer for writing my cv writing, I buy her service in 61.10 Pounds , I paid here all amount.

I was happen month ago, I she promise me to deliver project on 12 December 2019 but unfortunately she didn't deliver.

Toady almost 2 weeks , still I didn't see any possibility to receive project by her.

How can I refund my money back that is not a small amount for me..

I don't need her service anymore because its too late now.
