My Application got rejected

Dear Sir/Madam,

I got my application rejected for 3rd time saying that my location is incorrect. But I am from Sri Lanka and the message says to contact help and support but I don't know how to because I am still new for here.

Can someone please help me?

Is there anyway I can resubmit my application to be revised again?
